Kim and Neil Francom appeal the summary dismissal of most of their claims in this suit involving Ms. Francoms former employer, Costco Wholesale Corporation. They contend they raised genuine factual issues supporting their claims for sexual harassment, retaliation, negligent infliction of emotional distress, negligent supervision and retention, breach of contract, and loss of consortium. They also contend the court improperly dismissed their claims against the alleged harassers community assets. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
